Meditation is a reliable way to do the introspective work we need to do in order to show up for each other with openness, honesty and empathy. If you want a space to support your meditation practice, feel free to join in weekday mornings for our virtual group practice session. We sit together Monday through Friday from 8am to 8:15 am.
